Nice machine. Its taking me a while to relearn how to do upholstery, but I am starting to get it right. The videos online are fair but I wish the instructions were a lot better.

Fantastic machine and customer service! There is a learning curve, but that’s to be expected with any new machine.

This machine has actually made me so happy, I run a business off making Fursuits/costumes/mascots and I recently broke my old home machine and decided to upgrade to an industrial one. And after some research, instead of paying thousands for a Juki I decided to grab this one. It’s very cheap (especially for new users, who create an account) it looked so high quality from the reviews I could see. So I decided to get it! I mainly sew like Faux Fur on this machine so know that it can with stand heavy materials! It runs so smoothly. It’s easy to thread, it’s so satisfying to sew on. The only complaint I have is there wasn’t a manual for putting it together and one for threading it. So I had to study a bunch of videos of putting industrial sewing machines together, and how to thread different machines. This helped tremendously and only took me like maybe an hour to learn to thread it (most time was taken up by actually watching so many videos) The putting it together part was kind of hard, but that doesn’t make this a bad purchase! It was very heavy, so I had to have my dad help me assemble it. So take that as you will, me and him had little to no experience with heavy duty machines, so we watched videos together and like puzzled things along the way LOL but we finished it! It came out perfectly and I’m really happy with it! Shipping was actually fantastic, I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived Monday morning in two separate packages at the same time!

Machine arrived at different days ,so took 3 day to set all up. Works fine. This machine is very much for light to medium fabric , IT DOES NOT SEW OVER ANYTHING REMOTELY HEAVEY, husband order this one for me. So if you are looking for something for just light weight this would be great ,if you need to sew more heavy fabric, don't buy this one. Overall this machine sews great even stich..I did not recieve oil with mine so I had to buy my own. Happy sewing

I’m obsessed with this machine. This machine is exactly an DDL-8700 with the exact same functions as a JUKI. This machine came unbranded so I decided to brand it myself (haha, don’t judge me). I decided to brand it as a JUKI since it’s the same exact thing! You can do the same thing if you decide to buy it! Why not pay have the price for the same exact machine, that’s a no brainer. Assembly took half the day because I did it by myself and took many breaks (lol). Not too bad though. Shipping was great and NOTHING a was damaged! I would 100% recommend this machine if you are looking for a DDL-8700, but on a budget!

The price is affordable, the machine is easy to use, and the accessories are complete. It is worth buying. Machine is as described.
