Everyone saying this doesn’t freeze is setting it to 26 degrees Celsius which obviously isn’t going to freeze. It’s not an American made machine so it will be in the metric system.

Machine was very easy to set up and is working great. We have a issue with one of the lids not sitting securely and causing the light to blink. Attempted to file a service request and the process to do that is impossible. Seems as if they do not want to hear from you or take care of a issue.

The machine is easy to use once you read the instructions good. The only ISSUE I really have is why do it say “ PUSH” to release beverages when you have to PULL! Do t not make sense.
