I have a bariatric surgery and I got this so I could enjoy something sweet without sugar during my Liquid diet time as well as whenever I fancy something cold these days. I used low sugar/No sugar from concentrate drinks with water to make ice cubes and then used those to make my flavored ice. It's so nice and refreshing! The perfect thing for a hot day or if your family has the heating in the house too hot!

Never noticed any suction power however the unit is easy to hold whilst turning the wheel . Quick, simple and effective

We bought this for our son and daughter in law for Christmas. Best gift ever! They use it all the time and love it.

Very limited instructions on how to use it, but once we figured it out it works great. Arrived with a cracked lid but customer service replaced it quickly.

It’s definitely NOT easy to understand the instructions but the use is pretty straight forward. If you want slushee type drinks, the ice cream is the best option. It’s kind of cool though that you can choose different settings to make other levels of coldness to your drinks. It would be altogether better if they simply told you which setting could do what in the instructions but they don’t so I had to watch videos.

Many settings- all work for different functionality. Easy to clean. Nice safety control switches.

Used for fun raisers, easy to use, and clean up was great. Just remember save your gallon jugs, it makes it easier to fill

We’ve used this twice so far and it’s worked well both times. I wish it was a little larger, but we just kept adding as we went so it didn’t have to slushee the whole container from the start every time. The drip tray and parts of the plastic aren’t super heavy duty quality.
