Have not used it yet. But come with nice two latch style steel case plus nylon bag

I needed 5' long pieces of rebar and the best value was buying 20' lengths that cost less than 10' lengths. With this tool I was able to make the cuts quickly in the parking lot and take them home in a Honda Fit. By the time I am finished with my project, the tool will pay for itself.

It seems like probably arise more often when shopping online. This is something we have all grown to expect with overworked mail carriers and less emphasis on brand identity when shopping online.This is a great value for this kind of tool beating similar product prices by 1/2 or more. The first one I received was leaking hydraulic fluid although otherwise, it was functional. It looks to have been damaged in shipping or a seal was missing all along. The company sent me a replacement after one conversation and it works great. Great price and great customer service!
