Love it!

Very sturdy/heavy handrail. All hardware was included and instructions were clear and readable. I, a non-carpeneter woman, installed on 3 steps against vinyl siding/garage wall and is used daily for disability assist for 9 months without issue. The issues I see posted baffle me as the rail was easy to place and affix. No hardware issues; no instruction issues. Yes, I needed tools, a power drill/screwdriver. Naturally, there may be unique settings and configurations that preclude what I would consider 'normal' installation and therein may be present an issue. The brackets are affixed to the rail....you attached the brackets to your mounting area. There is ample clearance between the bracket mount and rail for hand placement.

It is unblieveable how strong and sturdy these hand rails are. In addition to that, they are very attractive. Love them very much.

It was bought silver we painted it white without any issues. Easy to install and sturdy.

Some of the pre drilled holes needed to be drilled out to work. Fit on the studs perfectly, everyone in the house uses it and loves it. Kids, adults and grandparents. Very useful.

Rail is very sturdy and well made; commercial duty, really. The finish is thick and seems very well applied. Might be powder-coated. The attachment points are heavy gauge metal disks each with three screw holes. When attached to studs, it is very strong.

I liked how sturdy this product was, how secure my mom feels when going down the steps. The only thing it is a heavy piece, be mindful if your wall can support. No complaints worth it!

These rails are beautiful in our church, worked perfectly!
