I'm not someone who needs this type of shoe for a full-time job, so I can't comment on their comfort for all-day use. For the small projects I usually work on, these provide protection and are wide enough in the toe to not be uncomfortable, though if you're usually bugged by the feel of steel toe shoes, these likely won't be any different.
These are very comfortable and hold up well for the life of a welder, mechanic, sand blast, powder coating shop. My shop is high impact and a adventure around every corner. These shoe give me the protection I need for surprises and the comfort to any high dollar work shoe. I did add a really good set of arch supports in them to help fit my needs. For the Price they can not be beat!
