Comes with a hammer and gloves. The hammer tears up quick. The storage system is solid. Loaded it up with totes in the basement. No where near the weight capacity but would want extra braces if I add more weight.

I think this shelving is the best unit you can currently buy for the price, quality and build. The shelving comes with a nice, durable, powder-coated finish. It went together very well, there were no misaligned pieces, and it seems like it would come apart without the damage and effort compared to other metal shelving I've used in the past. I didn't use the included mallet, rather a dead-blow hammer with a piece of wood. I'd recommend using a piece of wood when hammering down the corners to spread the force and prevent any damage/make it seat better. I'll be buying more of this, you should too!

Are you a product to organize items in my garage that we're setting in piles. Everything is now organized neatly on these new shelves.

It is a nice industrial look and sturdy but the second section for some reason was not easy to align the first shelf after setting up the posts. The rubber for the legs are not strong enough for the weight this system is supposed to hold. The metal acts like a knife cutting the rubber in the middle where the metal seats

Mostly I have racks with wooden shelves. This has metal, great for putting seedlings on.

I bought 3 VEVOR Storage Shelving Unit, 5-Tier Adjustable, 2000 lbs Capacity, Heavy Duty Garage Shelves Metal Organizer Wire Rack, Black, 48" L x 24" W x 72" H and use them in the basement for storage. They were easy to assemble and came with a nice pair of gloves and a small hammer for assembly, they have a texture coating that is pleasant and cap corners to protect them also.. One shelf kit was damaged in shipping and VEVOR's great customer support was prompt and helpful in getting the replacement parts I needed .I like these so much I will be buying more of them in the future.

I purchased several storage shelving units. These are solid units that look beautiful. They are very sturdy and higher quality than anything I have purchased before. I would highly recommend this product. Kevin
