This is a rather heavy item. It arrived with the packaging material torn at the corners, and with the included fastener hardware falling out, one bolt ay a time. Fortunately, only one bolt was missing and I replaced it easily. Assembly was otherwise simple and straightforward. With use, I can only hope that a rim explosion will never happen to me.
