Definitely loud, not a fan of the compressor on the tank. The bracket for mounting is what you would expect for a $100 set up. Mine broke, banged up my horns. Made a new sturdier bracket, now solid. Would love to replace two of the trumpets on my setup that got road rash, but can get hold of the manufacturer. Will go through Amazon since I just want to buy replacement parts. They get five stars because for the money it’s a great setup. However I would stop including a bracket because the one that comes with unit is to thin. Fab your own bracket!

Installed this under the seat of my EZGO marathon golf cart. It was a tight fit, but it fits comfortably. It really not as loud as I thought it would be. The benefit of the tank unit, versus a tankless horn unit is the respond is nearly instantaneous. The tankless units sometimes struggle to start up and throw enough air right away, since they rely on a small compressor motor to create air on demand. These tank ones just pop a solenoid open to honk and then use the pump to top up the tank.

My only complaint is the hardware to mount the compressor is a Philips bolt with a nut for the other side and you can’t really get a screwdriver on 2 of the bolts because of the size of the compressor and the location of the bolts.

Love it it is great for around 100 dollars I know horns not as good for over 400. Buy it I promise it is great

I have a diesel pick up and the horn that it had was not loud but this new one gets the job done makes me smile every time I use it it is really loud scared me the first time I hooked it up dB level 114.9 awesome

Good but the mounting on the horns could use some better design

Does the job! i also use it for the airsuspension for when i have load in my truck and it works great only its a bit noisy when you are next of the truck its pretty loud.

The only thing I didn't like was the way to mount it. There just is not alot of room in a jeep jk if I could have found someway to mount it on on my roll cage
