Mr.
Overall I love this jack: it's simple to use and maneuver as well as being easy to control, especially when lowering a vehicle. It's light compared to hydraulic floor jacks, especially when compared to floor jacks of equal capacity. What I think needs work is the metal alignment tube inside the bag. When lifting a vehicle, you're lifting in an arc. This bag wants to lift straight vertical, any movement from 90 degrees makes the tube inside bind up when trying to lower the vehicle. This binding causes jerky movement that could unsettle the vehicle on the jack. Another thing I wasn't very pleased with is the handle, it's very short especially for tall people or people like myself : a tall person who is also a high level amputee and uses crutches to walk around. The handle is also uncomfortably thin where your hand grips. Overall I love the jack and do not regret buying it. I use it daily and will modify it as best I can to suit my needs.

Great light weight , low profile air jack
Love the size of the Jack, but it can a little wobbly when fully raised. Easy to store and very light weight

Worth the investment!
Unit works as advertised. Use to lift our 28ft camper and block it up for winter. Easy to use and lifter the 6,000 lb. unit with no problem.

Good
So, this jack is good but not great. It works well, but when it's going up and down, it jerks a little. It sounds like there is a shaft inside the airbag that it rides up and down on and the shaft probably has grooves in it from machining. It sounds like there is a metal doohickey inside that is riding on a shaft with little grooves on it. The jack catches and then breaks free. Not a big deal at all, but could be better. I have a old t-bird that is very low and very long. It is hard to get a floor jack under it and the airbag jack lifts it right up with little effort.

Awesome jack! Power lifts if not watching it.
I used this to do tire work on a trailer. It blasts it up in the air if you’re not careful. Just a perfect jack for height adjustment, either too high or low. It has a great range of heights too.

Hardware is extremely cheap.
Hardware is extremely cheap. Came with a broken compression fitting. Not sure if they offer any replacement parts but this fitting is not coming out. Effectively I need a new control valve block.Update: so I went to my local hardware store and purchased some barbed fittings. I also bought some reinforced 250psi hose. Seems to be working well now. Personally I trust my fix more than the original compression fittings. As always use jack stands if you are using any type of jack. Oh…I also used Gorilla glue tape over the clamp on the bag end just to keep the bag from directly contacting the clamp.
