It's a good unit with the volume I need for the parts I clean, mostly diesel engine and firearms-related. The way to get the most out of these low-cost units is to find the right mix of detergents and/or solvents for what you are cleaning as the agitation is on the very edge of useful. For example, if your parts are greasy or oily you'll want a more detergent degreaser mix. If it's residue or surface staining you'll want a stripper or solvent. Pretty much the same stuff you'd need if you were to clean by hand. This device lets you leave your parts to clean and go do other things instead of picking, scrubbing, and wire-brushing. For that, it's worth it.

I don't use it for it's conventional purpose of cleaning. I use it for herbal and mushroom tincturing. IT seems to be working great for my needs. I will say the included basket is total garbage. It was missing one of the rubber feet, and was so weak, it collapsed under the weight of two quart jars of material. I ended up making my own fixture for my jars and it is working great.

This is a nice unit, did some research, before choosing this make and model. Easy to unpack and put into service. Only wish you would include a nipple and a hose clamp to attach the drain hose to the drain valve.

Works well. I enjoy the larger capacity. Not that noisy, compared to what others say about these types.

It's a must have kinda cleaner. I clean scuba regulators, and other diving related parts with it. Little vinegar, alcohol, simple green. And about 80% of water. Works like a charm.

Bought this to clean bicycle chains, cassettes and other greasy items. Added a little hot water, some degreaser and 15 minutes later they came out looking like new. Working well so far.

Seems well built and works quick and great. Definitely recommended for carb cleanings. Would buy again for sure.

The price is fantastic. The unit works great. The reasons it is not a 5-star review is that it is quite loud (~85 dB at ear piercing higher frequencies) and the hose does not connect to the drain spout. Otherwise, this thing appears to be excellent. I had to order a custom acrylic box with a hinged lid to reduce and contain the sound. But, the cost of this unit plus the acrylic box is still only 25% the cost the lowest dental supply company charges. I'll happily use Vevor for my ultrasonic needs. The Vevor water distiller I bought also works excellently and is a dramatic savings compared to the dental supply companies' distillers with no sacrifice in quality.
