Works as should the hook up was no problem no leaks seem well build I have not had any problems since we got it

This is my second purchase of the water purifier sterilization uv system. First time everything worked great until I tried to clean the crystal, it cracked and I ordered this as a replacement because you cannot buy the parts. This time the first ballast I put on didn't work. Went through a whole installation a second time, cracked another crystal. At least I had a second one to put in. Finally replaced the new ballast with the second in the package and it worked, but then it leaked and leaked. Finally got that to stop. The uv works good when it works. The first time I ordered it was a 20 cost for shipping, this time 70 dollars! I don't mind paying the extra for shipping but it was quite a shock. I will probably reorder so that if anything happens I can just change it out. The plumber that came out to put in a bypass in was another 1000 while I awaited delivery. It's a very reasonable system when it works. Have recommended to others because we all need to be able to drink our water here. Just be very careful tightening the top and bottom adjusting knobs.

Terrific product! I've referred the product to multiple people who have well water in the area and they are amazed that the water quality has improved 1000% in taste and smell, clothes are cleaner, dishes are cleaner, shower stalls and tub don't get ask gunky (dogs kids and a construction guy EEK!) Thank you for the great product!

I dread buying long thin glass through the mail. This package arrived in good condition and none of the materials were broken or damaged. I liked the price, I like the quality, so far. I really liked how well it was packaged as to avoid being damaged in transit.

It was very leaky until I added a second rubber washer to both sides. It said in my instructions very specifically not to do that but it was the only think that would stop it leaking. Otherwise it seems to work fine

Very well packaged and found out that the UV unit is made with food quality Stainless steel. the extra light and lenses are a bonus--------Good product at a reasonable price MANY THANKS GUYs !!!

With a little research it installed easily and seems a great deal at 1/4 the price of similar items. Came very well packaged and with redundant parts of everything that may break or need replaced.

Good system. I have installed about 30 of them. So you need to be careful when installing the quartz tube (may technician have broken a few). Also, I suggest a surge protector.

Good product

I purchased item to keep my condensate reservoir disinfected. I collect condensate from several ac and dehumidifier units, store in large reservoir and have a pump and this plugged into a timer and run it for 2 hours a day. I haven't had it long but it is a light duty item, it is tucked away so doesn't need to be tough. I did break one of the quartz sleeves by being impatient. Take your time and make sure you have washers in place and sleeve is seated correctly. Overall, happy with purchase especially since I've seen comparable units for 3 times the cost without extra bulbs and sleeves.
