pump made a horrible noise before it failed after just 3 weeks. I contacted vevor multiple times to report the problem still no replacement or refund from Vevor after 10 weeks

Installed easily, runs a lot quieter than the old one ever did. Have to wait too see how long it lasts.

The model number closely matches "Taco" motors. 2 important items needed: flow curves and which settings are hi/med/lo since motor requires water for lubricant, 10 self destruct w/o water. Asked for a spec flow graph, told on web site, reported broken but never fixed. Recd email with pdf but it is basically a sales brochure (no help). Taco has repair insert as does Vevor but Vevor clueless to option, availability or cost. Taco is $500 with $200 repair insert. Vevor is $45-80 so bought 5 from multiple questionable sites. Still digesting lessons learned...caveat emptor, maybe???

Vevor 007
Plug and play replacement for Taco 007 at half the price. The pump is working properly and is quiet. Hopefully it's life will be similar to the Taco 007. Happy with the purchase.

Had Taco $500+ pumps. Bought inserts and rebuilt for ~$200. Bought total of 5 vevor pumps, avg $45. Tried in vane to find flow charts that have broken link on your website. Need to know which setting is high/med/low since pump needs water for lubricant with 10 sec death timer to figure out speed settings. Could not get an answer on repair insert, as with Taco units, they are available per PDF but no one know about them. Vevor is my goto vendor but this is very uncharacteristic. Plz fix for others !!!

Works great
seems to be very durable and it’s reduced the time for hot water at bathrooms farther from the water heater in our home. No leaks and was very simple to install.

Works great
I've had this recirculating pump in use for over six months now. It gets the hot water to my shower in just a few seconds. No more wasting all that water waiting for shower to get warm. Plumber had no problem installing it. Great purchase.

Well worth the money and SO easy to install.
After years of waiting for water to reach the far areas of my house, I had finally had enough. This pump exceeded my expectations and works flawlessly. It sat on my counter for a few weeks until I finally decided to install it. Installation time was less than 30 min. It took me longer to get the junk out from beneath the far sink than it did to install. The instructions are straight forward and easy to understand. I did the under the sink valve first. They supply you with all the right hoses and connections. I did have to get long hoses, but that is not the fault of the mfg. My supply pipes are further apart. I bought longer hoses and everything was golden.

Awesome Once Installed and Running
Hired a plumber to install. Seemed to work immediately after installation but stopped recirculating later that day. Pump was running just fine, but no hot water! Watts Tech Support is only so-so and that took it from 5 Star down to Four. Took forever to get anyone on the phone. They suggested removing the 'Heat Traps' from my water heater. I had the plumber come back. He just chuckled and moved the pump from the hot water side of the water heater to the cold water side. Works perfectly now. This could be a do-it-yourself install if you are still young enough to work under a sink. I'm not! Finally got the whole-house connected, took a total of three cross-flow valves under three different sinks to get it completely going. Villan was an R/O System under the kitchen sink. One plumber would not install the cross-flow valve because of the R/O plumbing. Finally got a competent plumber to do the install and it works great.

What a difference in a big home!
I can honestly say this is probably the most cost effective way of getting hot water to far places in a home, Our home 12 years old is roughly 3000 sq ft 2 story with 4 full baths with the master being at the most furthest point of the home upstairs roughly 100+ feet away from the hot water tank in the garage between the master bath sinks, jetted tub and shower I would have to wait almost 4 minutes of water running before it got warm then cold. The water lines used throughout the home are PEX non metallic plumbing. The pump and sensor unit are very easy to install on your own with a bit of common sense and took me about 40 minutes to install. I let the pump do it's thing for about 30 minutes went up to the 2nd sink in the master bath, which is the last and furthest in the home only 3 feet further than the 2nd sink, within approx 3 secs the water was warm to the touch followed by hotter water very shortly thereafter. I had my wife verify this later that evening, we would usually waste a bunch of water filling up the jetted tub or turning on the shower waiting on hot water, again within seconds the water was warm then hot!
