I've had it on my outside 100 foot 72 stair stairwell at the Lake for 3 years and no rust is showing. Must have been a bad batch or it got something spilled on it the other guys mentions.

I used it on several different decks looking over possum kingdom lake does not obstruct view and looks very fine

The quality was top notch, I used this for my decking system and it turned out beautifully.
