I asked for screws for the shield immediately. No one will help. There's no number to call. They want pictures of the missing parts. Really??? Pictures of something I don't have. Obviously, the machine is fine but their customer service is horrible. Unless this is the only slicer they've ever sold. Why can't they just send me screws for the shield?

I bought one for my wife for this canning season. She had her friends over to help make salsa, they loved the chopper, so she had me order another one for her friend as a gift!!

My wife used this item weekly and she loves it. Easy to use and fairly easy to clean. I do wish it had suction cups on the feet so it wouldn't slide around on our counter.

Very sturdy, made of high quality material. My wife loves it. So easy to use, just be careful when cleaning it, blades are sharp. We use a thin wooden stick to push out food in between the blades when cleaning. Great product, great price.
