Easy to clean, very sturdy, chops vegetables beautifully and easily. Cuts prep time by about 70% or more I bet. I have arthritis and screws in both wrists so this gadget has helped me tremendously.Read the directions completely before use and it will save questions or confusion you may have. WATCH THE BLADES…. They are sharp as razors. I nicked my fingers twice. I do suggest cutting the vegetables into 2-3” chunks to chop swiftly. Putting an entire half of green pepper will not go through easily at all, but divided into quarters you’ll be done lickity split. You can cut a whole potato into french fries at once. No sweet potatoes though, too tough.I also use a bit of avocado oil (or whatever you cook with) and out a slight coating on the rails, so the rubber bumpers slide on and iff easily.Love to chop tomatoes, onions, green pepper and garlic to make homemade pico-de-gallo, salsa, prepping for canning, etc.My only wish is that it had slicing blades too!
