The mounting bracket that was included required a lot of filing to clean off excess aluminum that "rolled" into the mounting and contact surfaces. If this is were not done, then the spindle would not slip in and the "burrs" would scratch the body significantly. These burrs also would have prevented a square contact against the mounting adapter that I made for my stage.Another minor issue is there is only about 2 meters of tubing for the pump. Be prepared to buy more if you need it. Along with that, one of the barbs on the brass fitting for the hose was not finished - one of the barbs was not angled in and I had to turn it down on my lathe before I could install the coolant hose.Other than these minor issues, it seems like an excellent spindle so far. I have run it for about 20 hours now with no issues.Do your research and be sure you are comfortable with setting up the spindle controllers' soft setting. My one wish is that instead of so many metric ER-20 collets that I will probably never use is to ship instead, 3-4 common imperial sizes and a collet and a spindle wrench.
