Came exactly as described and has worked great for 2 years now. I don't use it all the time, but it's always reliable when I need it. Satisfied and would buy again if I needed another one. I can't imagine I will need another one though because this works great.

I purchased it for lifting some speaker boxes. Still haven't figured out how to make that happen. But in the meanwhile, this worked great for another purpose; I needed to pull out some tree stakes which were far into the ground, which is rock. I set up a step ladder next to the stakes, hung this come along from the top of the ladder and wrapped the chain around the tree stakes. They came right out, yeah. Am pleased with it. It was tricky to figure out how to use the device and the included directions were not too helpful.

Can’t get enough of these come alongs! These are essential for all mobile repair jobs in my opinion I was a union IW for 10 years before I broke out on my own and have used “high end” come alongs and they don’t work as well or as durable as these ones I bought

When I bought it, it did exactly what I needed it to do. I would buy it again…

Was surprised on how well built this unit is. So far it has done what was needed with no problems. Worth more than the money paid.

I purchased this manual winch for a specific project; reattach the top 1/3rd of my brick/block mailbox post. It was struck and the mortar was broken below the box proper. The top weighed about 450-600lbs? I lifted the top off with the winch, re-mortored the joint, and lowered the top back in place. Perfect outcome. Mason estimate was $15-1800. Counting the winch, and the mortar, final cost was $100! The winch worked perfectly and was very intuitively designed.
