The door fell out on the first day and dinged the drywall. This part is already put together, so it wasn't from me doing a bad job assembling the safe. There isn't a way to turn off the beep for every time I press the button. I don't need folks hearing where I am in the house during an emergency. Other than that, the safe is light, which is what I was looking for.

I purchased this for my husband. It arrived really quick. When it got here I saw the box was tore and dented. Idk when it happened but wherever it did they tried to seal it with tape. We opened it to put it together and it was a mess. Dented, caved in, no directions, no hardware. We had no idea what to do. I reached out to the company with no help or response. I knew I shouldn't have purchased it from some place like this. It was a total rip off and waste. We tried to put it together just by looking at it. Nope no way. We finally just ended up taking it to the scrap yard. Don't do business with this company. Save you money and buy one elsewhere.

I wouldn't call it a safe, its more like a a thin locker not for my guns that's for sure. Unfortunately im stuck with a useless metal cabinet now.

Assembly is pretty simple and straightforward, but the self-tapping Phillips-head screws can be a difficult to get started without stripping the heads. Getting them to make that first bite through the sheet metal takes a lot of pressure and torque. A TORX or socket head would have been much more appropriate than Phillips. That part was pretty frustrating. It's not a particularly robust safe, but you get what you pay for. It's not fire rated at all, it won't keep out a thief, but unless your kids are particularly horrible, determined, destructive and won't care that they got caught, it should be more than enough to keep them out of it. If you're looking for a safe that has some fire protection and will delay a thief for more than a two minutes, you'll have to spend a lot more. For me and my needs, good enough is good enough.

It is an average product. Not terrible, but not excellent. You get what you pay for. It’s not the highest quality, but you shouldn’t expect too much for the price.

I'd give it a 3.5. It's definitely more a cabinet to secure guns from children but it's held together by screws and you could easily smash into it with a hammer or some good stomps. It is a nice cabinet though and the pin access is great with an alarm to let you know your kids being mischievous. However I would bolt it down or secure it bc it can fall over on them pretty easy. I am satisfied and I would recommend it.

This is NOT a gun safe. its a cheap storage locker, with a safe'ish front door. Very flimsy, thin, cheap metal. I fell for this scam, and im not very happy about it. Even after the 60 dollar refund, im still not very happy. Now, im gonna go find a REAL GUN SAFE. THANKS FOR NOTHING
