After ordering two other ice cream machine that I received with defects. I decided to change the brand to this one. First time right everything worked. Does a great job with the mixes. If you make your own soft serve from scratch make sure you use guar gum so you don't get the ice crystals.

This unit has been amazing for us. We love the Dole Whip mix and vanilla soft serve. We have used this during many family events and parties. It works so well and you can have ice cream in just a few minutes. Can run many cones or small cups in a row, then you have to wait for cylinder mix to harden up. Hopper up top holds extra mix ready to flow into main cylinder. Not for small batches or a couple of people but we always store in the freezer the extra from parties and enjoy left overs for days. It is heavier than expected, we move it outside for most parties, it takes two people to carry. Takes about 15 minutes to clean after each party. Pennies on the dollar for great refreshing desserts, we always serve with toppings and syrups. This has been a great machine for about 3 months, 200+ servings and counting.

We bought this soft serve ice cream machine for home use. We use the frost line ice cream mix for easy use. We watched you tube videos to help with set up and cleaning.

I bought two of these to use for parties but they're inconvenient enough (heavy, kind of messy, 15 minutes to clean, doesn't produce enough to keep up with a big party, some of the shaft will freeze and not dispense completely) that they spend almost all their time in our closet and only come out when we're doing something big. Too much hassle and work to pull out and use for a small occasion. We've ended up lending them to friends and family for their parties and events more than we've used it ourselves because the first time is the most fun.

I love this machine it's energy efficient. I bought it for my granddaughter's graduation party that we were hosting, I buy Frost line mix you just mix the bag of Frostline with water (directions on the back) let it refrigerate for a day or two, pour the mix in the hopper and it is ready to start serving within about 20 minutes. Very easy to use, I actually watched a couple YouTube demonstrations for the same machine which was very helpful starting up the machine. I felt the owner's manual wasn't too helpful any information I needed I googled. The ice cream comes out tasty and makes over 100 servings because the machine has a built-in counter that you can reset each time you use it.

it seems to work fine except the alarm that tells you the fluid level is low never stops going off it says to clean the semsor but we can't fine it . the manual is not verry easy to follow but it freezes ice cream fine

Enjoying had a few flaws but was compensated by you so Thankyou very much it was a great investment we are so happy w this soft serve machine.
