This device is perfect for the application for which I am using it. Took some time finding information on the control panel but it is available when needed. Easy to upgrade the fuel system to ensure reliable operation. Spare parts are also online and I highly recommend getting a spare glow plug assy, combustion chamber gaskets and spare fuel pump. Use clean diesel fuel in evey tank full. External power supplies are easy to obtain and set output voltage to +13.5 vDC.

Unit arrived with some damage on exhaust muffler and case of heater itself. I was able to straighten out the heater case adequately but had to buy a new exhaust muffler. Sent an email and pictures to customer service and they issued a credit without further delay. Couldn't ask for better service. I have been using for last couple of weeks and very happy with it. This diesel heater is a great little heater. The remote control works great and makes it nice not to have to step outside to turn it on or off. My son and I built a wooden base for it to stand on so it���s very secure. I bought treated lumber so it will hold up in the snow. I also added about a 6-to-7-foot marine grade exhaust hose onto the end of the exhaust that comes with the unit. I did this to keep any carbon monoxide as far away from the fresh air intake as possible. Then I bought about a 3-inch marine grade hose for the inlet that feeds into my camper shell. I love this setup and it keeps my camper shell super warm. I highly recommend this particular unit to anyone looking to buy a diesel heater.

Easy to set up and run. I did wire tie the diesel tank to secure it and added a fuel filter. Errored out once the first try because the fuel timed out reaching the ignition chamber. Just run another startup cycle and everything is primed and ready to go. Works great. The heat is really good and doesn't smell like diesel.

We really have liked this heater. This is my first diesel heater and it���s very easy to setup and use. YouTube research helps to figure out what the display means. I was only confused upon my first start up as to what the heater was doing, it was running through an initial priming cycle. Now I just turn it on and off or up and down with the remote. On the lowest setting it keeps or rooftent super warm. Would buy again!

Nothing do i dislike i instilled it in my semi truck to replace the high doller unit that was in it . Works perfictly have it on the lowest setting and its nice.and warm in hear . Dont wast your mony on high dollar ones thair all the same .

Good product works great. If you are intending on using in RV be advised that the fuel tank cap strips when tightening and will not hold the fuel in the tank due to the cheapness of the plastic tank and cap threads. The seal on the cap is made of styrofoam instead of rubber which will leak everywhere and have your RV smelling like diesel.

Poor translation of user manual into English. Added grommet where fuel line passes through metal. Manual and remote start/stop work flawlessly.

It’s a really great unit. My only complaint is around the instruction manual as others have noted. It is written poorly and is very cumbersome. So set up is a challenge but there are plenty of YouTube videos to help you. But this unit is not for those that aren’t mechanically inclined as they will struggle To set it up. For example You need to pair the remote and prime the fuel pump through specific key presses that aren’t clearly listed in the manual. But once it’s up and running it works amazingly well. I’m using it to heat my Bronco during winter camping.
