Purchased in 2019. Taken it on multiple campouts in my mini van camper using the 110 volt power adapter through my 600 watt inverter and the 12v cig lighter socket power cord as well from my solar controller load output. Powering from my solar system in the van has been fine. I also plug it into a 500 watt inverter, wired to the vehicle battery, in the van cab while travelling just to preserve my solar batt bank power for once I'm set up to camp. Contacted seller for instruction on toggling temp display between C and F readout-no problem with that. Did a 4000+ mile trip from the Gulf Coast to Colorado and then Jackson Hole WY. Fridge kept all of my food fresh, and drinks ice cold. I very much like the aluminum sides liner, interior led light when lid is opened. A tip: with any travel fridge lay a folded terry cloth towel in bottom. Soaks up any condensation, drips or spills and cleans up easier during, or after the trip. Highly recommend. Just note it is not a "dual zone" freezer AND fridge simultaneously. It is either or operation. Dual zone types cost more and no doubt are nice but will then decrease your available fridge or freezer space in the same size units. Handle all compressor portables carefully-don't bang around carelessly- and should last. Highly recommended.
