I received my product damaged. I have been going in circles for over a week with customer support to get it fixed. I was told they are sending me the part that I have to replace, and it will take 2 weeks or longer to receive. That's longer than the product took initially to receive...Ridiculous. So by the time I actually get to use the product it will have been well over a month since I initially ordered it. There needs to be some refund or discount given because this is ridiculous.
