If your item arrives and it is defective. They will ask for a video, then for the S/N, then for a picture of the front, then to use a pen and mark where it is leaking from and then to see if there is a hole inside. Regardless, I bought the item it is defective swap it out. It has been the longest most frustrating process.

I have used kettle after kettle for our soups and I will never purchase one again. This soup warmer has increased my sales with our soups. No burning of soup. Less waste, more profit. Great item.

Works fine but look out. The edges are so sharp on the insert pots. Already sliced two employees. I used an angle grinder with flap disc to make them safer. Even so the metal is so thin. Just be very careful.

. The drain value doesn’t work, I did get a 45$ credit. It’s a hassle to drain obviously. Also like another vevor product I have the edges are not finished and I quit using it after I cut my fingers several times trying to clean it.

I love having commercial grade or professional kitchen items. This heavy duty Bain Marie is perfect for pot luck or food truck.

It leaks in one of the corners. We will most likely need to caulk the seams from the inside. The bain maries themselves are extremely sharp and have already caused a laceration to one of my employees.

Works great! I've been using it for a few months with no problems! Very solid unit and looks great in the food truck!

This product works the way it is supposed to. The metal is a little flimsy and we were concerned it would bend and break quickly but so far it has held up. I wish the top came off so it was a little easier to clean but overall it is worth the price.

I love Vevor from prep to steam these guy's have the tables for your special occasion, I can't wait to find out what I will need them for next.
