Very efficient it produces plenty of ice. Easy set-up I don't feel it's any louder than any other ice machine

We used to buy $2,500 Manitowac machines that would still require maintenance and start breaking down after a couple years. They would usually have two or three service calls per year at $200 each. now we can just buy an entire unit for $400, and they honestly last just as long without repair.

this ice maker doe the job, it keeps up with our busy coffee shop with no problems. we have had it in service for over 6 months and its been great definitely worth the purchase.

Have this machine over a year now , still running good the only fault I had was that it came with a dent , which i was refunded some money for that . Cleaning tthe machince is easy when compared to the smaller machine that I have .

I bought this ice machine, when revived it there was some damage to it during shipping. Not much just a little dent here scratches there. I contacted customer service, and they were very quick to take care of problem. I was really surprised that there was any damage because it was packaged really well. in the end they handle everything in a timely manner and was totally satisfied in the end. The ice machine works great as well. have no complaints..

The ice machine works great I just wish the ice machine you could change the size of the cubes and the capacity would be bigger and The door to get the ice out would be bigger otherwise 5 stars

made great ice fast - great machine but I made a mistake not noticing it does not hold ice well at all - need to remove and bag or lose it all quickly. the machine itself was flawless !!!!!!
