We use this in the hot summer heat of Florida. A team of 30-40 people use ice from this machine spread out over 18 hours 5 days a week. It keeps up with zero issues and is still going strong after a year of use. Great machine!

Ice machine is working fine, but there is No customer service at all. I just want to know how to switch from C to F and you can’t seem to find that anywhere. Reaching someone is near impossible. I would not recommend this unit because if something goes wrong you are screwed!

Great product no issues. Easy to set up. Was making ice in 1/2 hour

2 months so far and still dropping ice every 10 minutes. I did have to get a different connector to hook up the inline filter sent with it. But for the money, you can't find a better value!

I purchased this for the church I attend as theirs stopped working for the last time! It is alot amaler than the previous, but seems to be able to provide the Ice we need.

Was not too happy with delivery machine was sitting upside down in my front yard Will have to wait a couple days before I hook the machine up since it was sitting upside down in the front yard

It is fairly quiet (except for when it briefly dispenses new ice into the hopper, otherwise it is pretty quiet).

It makes ice quite quickly, for small businesses it is very comfortable for small spaces
