Great first machine!
For the price this is a great first machine. Software has some glitches but overall I am very happy with it. I did have a problem with the motherboard and customer service got it taken care of immediately and was very helpful.

Great Product
Installing was a little rough. Once you sit down and actually read what they're telling you its simple. Cuts great and the program is simple to learn. I had zero experience with a cutter and I figured it out in less than an hour.
