DO NOT BUY HERE ZERO STARS CHEAP AND NO RETURN OPTION, No real instructions, threaded inserts stripped out and unusable, not forgiving on pitch of stairs. Called to request return and no answer. Email unanswered. AVOID THIS PRODUCT- the worst

The railing was just what I needed and made our stairs much safer. I love the look and style.

Customer service was awful... delivery "scheduled for tomorrow" for almost a week. Online support was probably some AI that could only provide canned responses. Despite messages that a "dedicated team" was working the problem, there was absolutely no evidence anyone was doing anything. In the end, I had to track down the shipment myself and go to FedEx warehouse to retrieve it. As far as the product itself, quality is marginal... as would be expected by the price. What was not expected were all the bent pieces. We managed to assemble and it looks okay, but more work than it should have been. Lesson learned: go right to FedEx for help. Vevor customer service is probably just a waste of time.

No issues. Used other deck screws into treated lumber. Thing is a boss. Sturdy no wiggle at all. I would by again.
