The bike rack is everything I wanted, well worth the heavier rack that tilts both out and up close the back lift gate 👍👍

Instuction very vague as well as pictures. Build was good and material used looked strong. All in all I think it was a good purchase.

Really like the eas of use and that i can put on my receiver to carry around not to heavy and carries 2 electric bikes thx

Have used it for a whole season on many trips. Worked great on short and long drives with Cybertrack 100 ebikes. Having the tilt option on trips is especially nice when needing to get into the back of an SUV to get to luggage. Cant beat it for the money.

Assembly instructions are lacking. Still haven't used the unit because the holes don't line up to install one of the pin.

I bought two of these racks so I could bolt one onto the other and carry four bikes. It works very slick and didn't take much modification at all. The rack itself works great, and if you've got small kids bikes that don't have the horizontal spanner this platform style is a must have. I'm very happy with this rack functionality, the price, and the quality seems to be pretty decent so far.

The bike rack is very solid, and holds the bikes very securely. I like that they aren't just hanging, they're resting solidly in the wheel bracket. The only thing I'd change is a better adapter for using the rack with 2" receivers.

Used for first time this weekend. Worked just as it should. No issues, seems well built. Had 2 ebikes on it, didn't exceed weight limit but definitely had some good weight on it. For the price, definitely recommend

It may be heavier than I expected but that makes me feel it will stand up to time and use. When I was first putting this together I was almost finished. I got to the last pin which allows for quick removal and swinging the part into a new position when I could not get the pin to go through all four holes. I contacted VEVOR and told them what I encountered, of all times the last day of the return window! They responded promptly and said they would be shipping a new part for me. Once the part arrived I disassembled the original part and reassembled with the new part. Testing of each quick release pin showed them all functional, however one of them was a little less smooth and free moving. I noticed a burr on the edge of the hole. When I remove it, or it wears itself away the movement should be just as free moving as the other two. The tightening knobs for moving the tire holder loops do seem to take a major cranking down to get them to tighten sufficiently. Hopefully that will not become an issue. As yet I haven't transported my bicycle but I'm fairly confident there'll be no problems. Thank you VEVOR for quickly addressing my problem and providing a remedy. RM
