The construction is durable and tough, but upon closer inspection through putting together the wheel assemblies, there are some glaring imperfections/differences from one side of the cart to the other, such as holes not quite drilled the same, the bearing for the wheel to be placed on was slightly larger on one side, I saw one other reviewer filed his down, I used some oil as a lubricant and a dead blow hammer and got it seated properly. Also noted the beginnings of small amounts of rust on a few spots where welding was done it seems. I cleaned it up with oil and coated it with rustoleum to protect from any further corrosion. Not a finely tuned and perfectly crafted device, but for the price, and the overall ruggedness, it will get the job done, but you may have some struggles getting it put together and need to clean it up a bit before you can tackle that work.Overall, worth the buy, even with the imperfections.
