GREAT tool! Excellent design!

This is one of my favorite tools! Can be used without the pole or with it. The ONLY negative is that spare batteries are not available separately, but I understand that they will be available in the coming year. I bought a VEVOR 4-1/2" Cordless Angle Grinder Kit, which takes the same battery (to get a spare), for WAY less than a Milwaukee battery alone would cost me for one of their tools.

I wasn't sure about trimmer, but I have to say it works great. I couldn't use the tip of chainsaw, found that if you use saw close to handle it won't jamb and cuts perfect.

ordered cordless pole sent wrong pole doesn't fit the saw or battery I started a return 3 days heard nothing back from them there's no customer support phone number . buyers beware I wish I never ordered from. this company frank jannotti 772-588-4890

Saw cuts pretty good, just have to be easy with it, chain will come off, battery level charge on Battery doesn't work, oil gauge doesn't show amount of oil so I have to check oil.

I got it charged the battery put in the oil and used it for 5 minutes on a limb and it broke. The chain snapped off. I am not very happy with my purchase.
