There is no installation between the outside of the warmer and the inside pan. Easy to dent the outside of the warmer. No indication on where the level of water should be.

I would love to give a review! However, for some reason we never received the warmer even though it was marked received. Somehow UPS never delivered it to us so it was lost. I DO want to review Vevor! They were wonderful! The customer service was amazing and very professional they refunded us our money right away. I still want to buy the warmer and we definitely will in the near future.

This table top warmer was just what I needed. My only regret is not gettting a slightly larger one. Great product for the price. I should have done this sooner

Don't get me wrong this is a good product but it is not what I ordered I ordered the 1200 and got the 1000 watt with the intentions of adding water to be a steam table. Talk to customer service they wanted me to take pictures this and that and do jump through hoops so I used it to serve stew in works great for that don't get me wrong this is a nice product

I bought these for my husband. He caters events and they are perfect.We also use them for family functions- we come from large families and they sure do come in handy!
