I purchased this machine directly from Vevor, because their warehouse is in my state, and Amazon Store couldn't deliver it in time for a party we are having. Came nicely packed, although the shipping carrier managed to put a hole in the package. No damage done though. I tried it out making frozen yoghurt - worked well, and quickly. As mentioned in the manual the motor stops when the ice-cream is firm. So, not to worry. The inner bucket is stainless steel, and easy to clean, as is the dasher and the lid. Try to get the product emptied and out of the inner bucket before it freezes solid. The inner bucket seems to freeze to the outer chamber, but I think some warm water poured into the inner bucket will let it come free. OW, wait until the bucket warms up. So far, it beats making ice-cream with icey brine and an old oaken bucket!
