I've used a lincoln mig welder for a long time, I don't weld very often and my welds don't look very good, and I am terrified of stick welding. This welder is very nice, first off its 1/3rd the size of my lincoln, and it does everything. It comes with an adapter to use 220v or 110v which is great. I got off to a rocky start because I don't read instructions, buty once I figured the ground clamp connection out, it was smooth sailing. I know nothing about TIG so I haven't played with that yet, but the MIG and the stick I love. Very smooth, and has an extremely adjustable output level and feed speed. My lincoln had a toggle switch HI and LOW. MIG welding with a shielding gas is a whole new experience, my lincoln dint have a shielding gas port. My welds look 10 times better this unit has every feature of every welder i looked at combined into one unit. It comes with all the guns and attachment you need, extra tips 2 & 2 spools of wire. My stick welds look great and they are very a strong. This unit is so quiet.
