Shiny glistening..
This machine works great, leaves vinyl records as though you just bought them. Deep cleans the grooves and removes dirt, dust and grime. Eliminates surface noise caused by sediment or dust build up. I used a mixture of 70% alcohol, spin clean fluid and a bit of clear, dye and fragrance free dish washing detergent. 50 year old records I have sound much better with no more pops due to dirt. Highly recommended, if you find an demo video on this machine, view it follow the instructions and you will have success so that you may enjoy your records for more years to come.

Bloody beauty
Everything was great a first, but I started to notice a smell that slowly got worse. eventually it started smoking. I’m sending it back for a replacement and giving the unit another chance as it look like a Pretty decent cleaner.

nice compact drain snake
I used this to clean my albums that I've had for 45 years and they came out looking like new. Yes some are scratched badly and some have surface scratches, but the ones with just surface scratches plays just fine. Imo this is worth every penny if your serious about keeping your vinyl is the best condition for years of pleasurable listening.

This cleaner just goes with US/CAN/JAPAN 60hz grid, in 50 hz country it quite hot and noisy.

Did a test run with this as soon as i got it and it worked exactly as it should, I will come back and update after I've used it for awhile if anything goes wrong. put a grease and grime caked piece in there with a bit of alconox and the water turned brown and it came out basically new.I feel like some of the complaints on here are people who are either not familiar with ultrasonic cleaners, or have unnecessarily high expectations for something that is relatively inexpensive from Amazon (like the one wanting a removable basin, lol).A few tips based on my own experience with past units, and just things that I observed with this.I prefer to fill it up with hot water. I had one years ago that recommended it, and I've just always done it since. at the very least it takes a lot less time to heat up, and my thought is that it puts less wear on the heating element.Fill it all the way up to where its marked. I think a lot of people might be underfilling these, which is leading to premature failure because the ultrasonic generator is effectively "tuned" to vibrate a full bath, not a half bath.Use the basket. it's not just there for convenience. you don't want things resting directly on the bottom. The temperature dial is exactly that. it is not tied to the ultrasonic generator, it is not going to shut off until you shut it off. the heat *should* cut off with a click, and the red light on the front going out, when it hits the temperature, but it will continue to hold at that temperature until you shut it off. if it's not doing that, you have an issue with the thermostat.don't just leave it totally unattended. I'd think this would be common sense but some of these reviews.....after you drain it from the spout and it's had a chance to cool down, tip it sideways to get the last bit out. there's a reasonable amount that pools in the drainpipe and leaving it to sit in there is also unnecessary wear and tearbased on the way this feels (slightly flimsy) I would also recommend finding
