This a well built machine and seems to work well. Just don't overtighten lock mechanism or you can't remove key.

This arrived quickly and was fully intact and operational right out of the box! I wish it came with capsules, but the machine itself is nice!

The only issue we have with it is that some times it's hard to get the key out of the top lock. Otherwise we've had no issues.

They are a lot of plastic, which I found disappointing. Time will tell if they are worth it but I am hopeful. All the parts fit together well. Got four, they are all keyed the same, don't know if that is good or bad. Guess it is a wait and see, but I don't feel negative yet.

I bought this while it was 40% off. Heavy duty, easy to operate, large capacity. I purchased it for conventions to sell random little things. Seems like it will be a hit. Definitely could be used in a store or something of that nature.

My customers love this machine. It needs $1 coins, which are hard to find, but makes it easy to use at craft shows. I've seen magnetic items get stuck inside, so steer away from that or wrap it and that should solve the problem. It's large, but easy enough to handle. The clear plexiglass could be a few gauges thicker, but so far so good with eager children tapping on it often. The paint seems to be chipping off in the corners already with just a month of events, so I am cautious to keep it dry and protected. Overall, this machine is kitschy and cute. I wish balls were included, but specifications are clear enough to source them.

I bought another and it did not work as well. It was very hard to set for different size gumballs. This one works great!

Was able to eliminate the requirements for quarters since I use this at recruiting and corporate events; machine is now free use and full rotations still release a gumball (or in my case a 1" surprise ball). From the inside it looks like it can accommodate a larger gumball or ball but attempted to use a 2" with no success. This is a nice sleek blue gumball machine. Easy to customize. Did not use for any unpackaged perishable/edible items. Works very well with the plastic surprise balls. Would recommend, even as a small fixture on the house if there are kids like mine that love a surprise or prize!
