Do not buy if you have a MAC it says it’s compatible for MAC the Signmaster software will not work (only for HP). They say the sign cut software will work, downloaded the software, it will not work. This thing is junk. Customer service is terrible, you can not talk to a person, you have to chat to a computer. To solve issues you have to wait 1-3 days. I guarantee it will take 3 days. This happened 3 different times to solve issues, which none of them have been fixed over a coarse of a month. Going to return item if they will take it back. DO NOT BUY! I need to say

I am amazed by this plotter..it cut good out of the box but now cuts great after setting the blade offset. 20 some odd years ago I was a Gerber service technician and this machine cuts better then the machines I remember servicing.. I ran the test job on the contour cutting and with the pen installed the plotter Automatically found the registration marks and perfectly executed the test page. This plotter shoots way above its weight class because of the features it has for the price and the quality of the Work it produces. For first timers...you will have a learning curve to set up your plotter but get past it, you will be rewarded With amazing quality cuts. My only gripe is that the documentation that is sent with the machine is sparse... I would have liked to have a list of Part numbers for spare parts and consumables. A real manual for the machine would have been nice. Overall I could not be happier with the plotter, it is a professional tool that happens to be well made and Can produce excellent quality cutting job after job.

I have to say I was very hesitant to buy this cutter, because I have only owned Roland Camms. I am very impressed with it, cuts smooth and fast, very satisfied customer. Software is similar to a very expensive one I purchased years ago, and comes with it, very easy to use.

Perfect very easy to learn

This plotter works very well and I got it to work after just a little while. The software came with instructional videos that helped a lot. I have never run anything like this and got pretty good fast. I Normally don't write reviews but I was impressed how it works, very pleased.

This is great for beginners! Program is easy to use. Could use more detailed instructions on how to put the stand together.
