The manual doesn't have any contact information for the manufacturer. I would like to purchase the 1/2" fry cutter and the 8 slice wedge cutter. The Q&A says they're available but it doesn't say how to purchase them.

The down sides are you need child’s fingers to clean it and it has to be up against a wall all the time or it slides and flips over.

I have a large garden and can many different vegetables throughout the season. I love this for chopping vegetables for relishes, and even for soups. Makes life SO much easier!

It makes cooking process easy, blades are easy to change. I saw other options on the internet, but none of them equals this one on price or overall value.

I ordered this because previous (plastic) ones have often broken. In addition, because of the design of the others, the pushing surface was at an angle with respect to the blades. This one pushes straight down and eliminates the uneven force. It's made almost entirely of metal and feels very sturdy. Finally, you can adjust the blades to change the size of the cut and extra blades are included.

Loved the ease of cutting fry's from the just harvested potatoes. Other models wouldn't allow for the larger sized potatoes.Easily came apart to clean and then reassemble to make ready for next project.
