We've chopped and frozen over 70 pounds of bell peppers this season. Lots of turnips and onions too. This chopper saves us tons of time. You can see it in action on Heirloom Permaculture YouTube channel.
Did the job I was looking for. I work in a somewhat industrial kitchen and this dicer was able to meet my needs. have only used it for about a month, but thus far has been a sufficient product.

Not only can you make French fries with it. You can lay the slices back in the press and dice it or use a knife.To make larger diced hash Browns or to use in a cheesy potato casserole.
Diced green peppers and onions for winter freezing. Makes quick work of the process. Worth the price because it will be a piece of equipment passed down to the next generation.
