Sturdy. Feel supported. Like the design... multiple heights.

My daughter and I both use this daily. We are beginners and needed something that would accommodate to that. My son does box jumps often and this is too short for him.

This box is great for our home gym! My husband loves it!!! Worth the price

Perfect for my son who loves fitness. This block is soft too to avoid shin injury. It is a small platform to jump too. It may become unstable for larger persons.

Quality box arrived in a well packaged box. The instructions to assemble were easy to follow and required minimal effort. The box is very sturdy. The non slip finish is a plus. I only wish I had ordered a smaller size but that on me.

Works great, used it this morning. Started with, 4 sets of 10. Will increase to 4 sets of 15. Then ankle weights
