Scooter’s great. Payment plan was to be over 4 month period, however I’m being charged on a 2 month plan. Not good!!!!

I purchased this scooter to walk my GSD. PROS: 1)It breaks down easy for travel. I have a CRV and it fits in back perfectly. 2) It is comfortable for a short walk. 3) it travels well on grass, gravel but prefer smooth path. 4) it arrived quickly within a few days of purchase. 5) The seat is the only thing that gave me trouble putting together. It doesn’t line up with the notches so when I face straight it doesn’t lock. CONS: 1) The seat does move down over time during the walk. I have long legs so I keep having to adjust it. I did tighten the quick release but it still moves. 2) The battery life does not last 12 miles for me. 3) Since VEVOR does not sell replacement batteries I have searched and cannot find a replacement battery. I would feel better if I could carry a replacement battery if the existing battery dies. It did this one time and I had to walk 3 blocks home. Not happy! 4) the little basket was useless. The metal frame was bent and didn’t attach right. I put in water & treats. Within a few days the seams came apart so I threw it away. 5) the handle bars has some paint chips. I did not reach out to VEVOR customer service about the basket or the chips on the frame. I just wanted to get out with my boy and enjoy the beautiful Cali weather.

I have MS & needed a lightweight scooter for some outings. This three wheel scooter was easy to assemble, charge and operate.It is sturdy and comfortable. Easy to operate and does well on slight inclines. At 50# its not to difficult to get in & out of my Rav4. I haven't used it that much yet, but it will improve my mobility & ability to get out more.

Great little portable scooter. Very easy to fold and store. pros: price, portability, smooth ride, perfect for in store and flat areas, nice speed. cons: I weigh 250 and it will not go up any steep, you cannot get no parts for this scooter, no extra battery, charger etc. or any other part that may break. I checked online and many scooter stores. No one sells parts for this scooter. bottom line: A good scooter for the price for grocery shopping or riding on flat surface only. If you ever need a part such as throttle, battery charger etc. then scooter will probably no use.

The thing won't do any sort of inclines and stopped working on my second outing. The throttle wouldn't engage. I want to return, but the online return isn't working and i can't find a customer service number..

I bought this scooter for use at work and for shopping. I have put 62 kilometers on the unit already with no issues. I highly recommend this for daily use. The only drawback is this unit has limited ability to climb steep grades.

I love that its lightweight, easy to operate, and convenient.

It does what it says it will do . BUT .. vevor should be more concerned about listening to customers needs rather than just tell us what policy says. I e. I tried to buy a spare battery. Oh no that's not out policy. Now the key and lock that holds the battery in place has broken. . I would have had a spare here now . But that's not policy

Thank You Vevor. This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. I am 79 and finally found a scooter that I can lift by my self and put in my car. I am worried that I may get a speeding ticket, it fly's. I have gotten a lot of nice comments about it.
