Great quality product. Prepare for a few extra days on delivery than most amazon products due to the weight (approx 22lbs). Had to come through FedEx standard - which was perfectly fine. Exactly what I wanted. I have more than enough with 500 feet.The only negative is the way it was shipped. It was not shipped in a box but the spool with a label stuck to it. The spool took a beating, (cracked, chipped, missing pieces). That's why I could not give it 5 stars. The wire rope was not damaged.

This was the perfect fit for our patio project. It works beautifully.
