Ice chest came in the box danmaged the ice chest won’t seal and has a dent in it not happy I bought this for my buissness and was really excited about it but now I can’t use it

The tub quality is good, but the drain leaks and the drain hose is really cheap and then Took some extra cocking to get the drain to seal, and the locking nut for the drain is really cheap.
