Quality product, but need instructions

They tub and sprayer and faucet are all very well made. The bad parts they give you no instructions but it’s easy to figure out they stainless is coated in plastic cling wrap that is hard/impossible to get off and the drain line away is nothing but cheap plastic. But for the tub sprayer and faucet it’s great and well worth the price.

This is a great Wash station, so easy to use, even our dog loves it - or at least isn't scared of it. Height is brilliant to wash the pooch. Easy to set up, however the steps are, I must admit, not used. Very quick delivery, thanks again.

Not sure about the comments about low quality fixtures. Everything I received was high quality and durable. The sprayer it self is all metal and if the pressure is too high for your dog try turning the faucet down. So much comfortable to give the dogs a bath without having to bend over a tub. I consider myself a pretty handy person and this took me some time to figure out how to put together and assemble. There are zero instructions just a poorly photocopied picture that is hard to impossible to see details. Vevor should consider getting someone to do assembly videos on you-tube.

This is a great addition to my house. It's good and sturdy for my 48lb dog. She stands a little tall in it but with the long hose on the sprayer it works out perfect. The sprayer broke the first time I used it but it was too strong of a spray anyways. I put one on that is more of a shower. It was a bit short, I got this so I wouldn't have to bend over using the bathtubs, but I fixed that problem. Installing it in the existing cabinet works out perfect.The plumbing it came with was not a good connection so I changed it out with others.All in all, I think it's a great purchase. It Could have been a little less expensive but I think it's worth the money since I save myself money not taking them to the groomers.

Excellent value. Good construction and relatively simple to assemble. Instructions could use a tweak.

Due to the weight allowed I assumed it would fit my golden & bernie doodles gut they need bigger dimensions. There were a few dents in the floor panel. I was able to sell it to a neighbor for $200. The steps tend to get disconnected from the tracks.

Our faucet leaks can't seem to get ahold of anyone to fix the problem .
