Packed safe not bent or smashed . I'm very pleased with the purchase I really looked at all reviews for all brands and these came out on top !

It’s sturdy and great price!

I have purchased several items from Vevor and was very happy with the products - This order was a disappointment - Shipping box was beat up and when I tried remove the chaffing dishes they were all stuck together. The package must have been miss handled and the bottom tray was dented. Causing the others to be pinched together. I managed to pry a two of them apart to use a the party I was hosting - But they were damage from the process. The product worked as needed but unfortunately the whole experience was a bust. Vevor should rethink the shipping on this product.

Seems to be a well put together product. Except for one thing. The sliding top is so tight that it takes two hands to raise and lower. One hand to operate the top and one hand to hold the server to keep it from tipping over. That's the reason for 4 stars vs 5.

Highly recommend these. These work great for our large family gatherings and keep the food hot when using with a sterno. Great quality, I’ll purchase these again if I need more.

bought these for my daughters wedding and I what greatly surprised at the quality of the dishes love the fact that they fold down for storage unlike my smart and final ones. I will be buying more for my business

Please, please, please, add a spacer between the pans. They were so difficult to separate. I tried the warm water trick someone else suggested, but for me using a heat gun after putting the corners under stress using the orange wedge tool provided. Other than that, good quality. Pretty fancy compared what I am used to.

The chafing dishes are wonderful. Being able to use them as larger or smaller containers makes it very versatile for whatever dishes I choose to serve.
