Draining valve leaked from day one. We had to improvise with a man made system and drain by dumping the water.

Have been using this warmer in our food trailer for the past 4 months, we've been very pleased. We use hot water from our well to fill, which speeds up the heating process. It heats up quickly and keeps our hot holding food to temp. The only issue is because we use well water, mineral deposits have formed on the heating elements, I'd recommend using distilled water. Too late for us.

Worked great and kept food warm all day and covered so flies couldn’t get in and the food stayed hot. Adjustable temp as well and you can assort them how you want

Worked perfectly for a breakfast party of about 25. Heats up fairly fast from tap water. Compartments held more than enough to feed a party of 25-30 people. The price is right and it’s easy to use. My only issue with the quality is that the center divider is very thin and flimsy. Nothing actually happened to it but it looks like a definite weak point.

We purchased this for a graduation party. It was perfect for what we needed. I have always wanted a small commercial grade steam table since we host several family get togethers throughout the year. I spent several years in the restaurant business and I didn't want a cheaply made product. This table has exceeded my expectations and I am looking forward to getting many years of use from this product.

This food warmer does a great job. It keeps the food very hot and I would recommend this product to anyone needing to keep their food either warm or hot. It has a setting to gauge your temperature. Very nice product
