I purchased this item 4 months ago I ordered the item. ZERO customer service. Item has not arrived. Tracker says it's out to Fed Ex for shipping. Fed Ex has no record of it. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DO NOT BUY THIS. THEY SEND THIS WITH NO USER MANUAL. GOOD LUCK IF YOU GET IT TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO SET THE TEMP OR USE ANY FUNCTION. THIS THING IS GOOD FOR NOTHING NOW. I AM GOING TO FIND OUT HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK

When I recieved it I didnt check it out for damage. When I finally did, the top had a dent in it. The inside computer board wasnt even attached. The bottons on it are so cheaply made, they wont work. Very disapointed.

Great product
It's works great to keep condiments cold. It's really big so works better for a restaurant. I unfortunately use it at local party events and have to be very careful moving it around. However, it's still gets the job done and makes presentation look great.
