I haven't used it yet, too early. I've only checked functions of the attachments. It has a VERY powerful engine. Sturdy built attachments. Appears to be well manufactured. I'm very impressed with this product. This model is heavy, if you need something light try a smaller CC. I would recommend.

Everything works great fired right up after putting fuel in it. Came with all the tools and stuff to assemble it and a full guide instruction for bolts on every part on the machines. Only heads up that doesn't really matter is that the chainsaw attachment doesn't fit in the bag with blade on. Favorite part of the whole thing was the body style harness with a decent sized gaurd to ig protect your pants? Great buy, slightly late but to be expected.

I received my product damaged. I have been going in circles for over a week with customer support to get it fixed. I was told they are sending me the part that I have to replace, and it will take 2 weeks or longer to receive. That's longer than the product took initially to receive...Ridiculous. So by the time I actually get to use the product it will have been well over a month since I initially ordered it. There needs to be some refund or discount given because this is ridiculous.

They punch all the features and it works as advertised but there is a general clunkiness to the product. There is a slight interference of the engine pull and the choke making it very difficult not moving it as you pull. Similarly, the gas fill is such that you can't readily fill it without spills. The strap is too complicated for my liking. But it cuts fine and it certainly is a long pole; just what I needed.

This machine is a beast. Have used every attachment. A little heavy,but does the big jobs with ease.

I bought this for a Christmas present, and was informed by the recipient that the chain for the saw was so dull that he can't cut anything with it until it is sharpened. The products appear to be of good quality and shipping was fast.

Save your money!!! This is ORANGE but not the quality you would expect with ORGANCE equipment. Save your money and buy sometthing of quality for around the same price.

This thing is heavy duty. It’s powerful and works great. It is heavy! So be aware of that. The string is very heavy duty also. It starts easily and runs well.

it sounds like a good deal but if one part breaks, or gets damaged, or lost you cannot order replacement parts if you had a service department where you could order parts this would be a great deal without a parts department it is not a good deal
