This is a great product if you have an IQ higher than room temperature. Read the directions, follow them and you’ll to fine. I’ve had this thing over 6 months with zero problems. I make 2 gallons of water per day out of it. I clean it every 9th cycle. Your water quality will determine how often you have to clean it. The charcoal packet is to be placed in the drip spout compartment. That’s all you need to know.

I just ran my third batch of water after throwing away the first two. Unfortunately, the water tastes like plastic to me. Does anyone else with this filter notice this? I hope it starts to taste better after running more water through it.

This machine works quite well. I am giving it a 3-star rating, because the metal straps that hold the handle on the pot are way too long causing the handle to be very loose and slide around the pot. It is very annoying to say the least and can cause spillage. I do not recommend buying this machine for that particular reason. I read that were others having the same problem. Seems their quality control staff missed this failure. I would have loved to have a new and working pot sent to me.

It seems to work great! The only issue is the handle - the metal strap is not fitted properly so you cannot use the plastic handle for picking up / pouring the water. I feel that I need to customize the strap (cut it drill new holes - and it would be okay; however, I feel I shouldn’t have to do this.

I distill my own water to drink and this distiller works great and is very good quality. I highly recomebd it if you need a still

I love this distiller! I've had it for over a month now - using it almost daily. It's very easy to use. Mounting the handle on the glass carafe was bit of a challenge, so be patient. There is some limescale, but that is somewhat expected, and it is really not that bad. I repeatedly tested the water before and after with a digital water tester (from a completely different vendor) and it consistently tested within 0 - 50 (TDS in parts per million) after distilling. Would definitely recommend this product!

This distiller works great, noise level not bad, water is clean, water taste is good and easy to use.

This is the only water distillery I have owned so I can’t compare it with other distillers.I will say it does the job well.no leaks so far.

This distiller is perfect. It’s quiet, others I had were very loud. It has controls to program water temperature and length of program. It makes more water faster than you can imagine. The handle on top makes it easy to lift the lid off to wipe it down when it’s hot. We have hard water, so I keep everything on it clean. I am so happy I found this brand.
