My wife and I both love this product and are using it as a piece of equipment to start our venture. So far I have no complaints and the machine is working as suppose to. We have put it through long working days and it has kept up. As a 1st time buyer of this type of product I am happy with my purchase and the price I paid for it

Overall a decent press. Keeps temperature consistent and it’s rather easy to change between mug press and other attachments.

So far so good. I've performed several iron on vinyl and sublimation transfers with both the mug press and platen. No complaints.

So far we like everything about the press. The only thing we would like to see changed in future production would be to maybe allow the press to come up higher for more room to work. However, still works great and would order again.

The heat press works great - once you figure it out. It is apparent that the instructions were originally written in a different language and translated word for word into English. Sometimes the syntax is wrong and they just don't make sense. Since this is our first heat press and we are total newbies, that made the learning process a bit more difficult and we really couldn't rely on the directions for help at all. Thank god for Youtube! So far I have only used the main press to make t-shirts. I have no idea how to attach the other presses to make hats, mugs, etc. Hopefully I can find a Youtube video to explain those too.So - product is great. Directions are terrible.

The legs that screw in the bottom don’t fit in the holes so it keeps sliding around. Other than that it’s good but I wish I could screw the legs on.

The machine was really easy to use, and it was a breeze connecting the other pieces.

The press works great. I read the reviews before purchasing and a lot of them spoke about consistent beeping. I have not had that experience with this machine. It does click often when not in use, but I view that as a safety mechanism to remind me that the the machine is still on. When using, be sure to have the power cord fully connected. With the swivel ability, the cord can become loose.
